About
This project was a renovation of an existing tenant space within a shopping mall, transforming it into a vibrant new daycare facility. The scope included classrooms, a play area, staff support spaces, and comprehensive mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural upgrades. Safety and accessibility were top priorities, creating a welcoming environment for children and staff. All work was completed in full compliance with local building codes and daycare licensing requirements.
