Primrose School – Annapolis, MD

This location was built from the ground up and included areas around the exterior, new parking lot, and landscaping. Scope included miscellaneous site work, playground development, and retaining wall. The interior work included, but wasn’t limited to plumbing, installation of compliant fire protection systems, installation of HVAC units, new lighting, electrical distribution systems, low voltage and fire alarm, new flooring, interior walls and doors, custom millwork, and the installation of a warming kitchen for preparation of pre-packaged food products.
