About
This Primrose School project was built from the ground up and included full site development—clearing, grading, utilities, paving, and playground installation—followed by construction of a new single‑story early‑education facility built to current life‑safety, accessibility, and energy codes. The building scope included structural foundations, exterior envelope, interior classrooms, administrative areas, restrooms, and a commercial kitchen, along with all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑protection systems required for licensing and occupancy. This turnkey delivery provided a ready‑to‑operate childcare facility for the owner.
