About
This was a tenant fit-out for Port of Subs' first East Coast restaurant in Laurel, MD. The scope of work included demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, ceilings, millwork, and installation of kitchen equipment, as well as all required mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project also involved construction of the dining area, service counter, food preparation spaces, restroom facilities, and associated finishes in accordance with brand standards and local code requirements resulting in final turnover of a fully operational restaurant ready for occupancy.
