This project included precise site stake-out to establish building boundaries and utility locations, along with early coordination for walk-in cooler installation to ensure proper connections and ventilation. Interior work progressed with framing, drywall finishing, painting, and flooring installation in both customer-facing and back-of-house areas, all aligned with brand standards. Roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping were completed to ensure structural integrity, functionality, and curb appeal consistent with Panera Bread’s design.
