Panera Bread Walter Reed

This project involved a comprehensive renovation of designated concession areas, led by a selected food services firm. The scope included demolition of existing walls, ceilings, finishes, and fixtures, followed by full build-out of new interior elements—walls, flooring, and ceilings. The team connected to existing utility lines and installed a dedicated HVAC system to support the space. Electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded to accommodate new equipment, including lighting, outlets, gas, water, and sanitary lines. Final touches included furnishings, fixtures, and décor to deliver a fully functional and visually appealing restaurant.
