JD Sports – National Harbor

This project included a full interior retail fit‑out, encompassing demolition of existing finishes, construction of new partitions, millwork, and specialty retail fixtures in accordance with JD Sports brand standards. Scope included all MEP modifications, lighting, flooring, ceilings, storefront integration, and audiovisual/security systems as required for a fully operational store. Work was coordinated with landlord requirements and local jurisdictions to ensure compliance with Prince George’s County codes and approved permits, delivering a turnkey retail environment.
