Edward Jones – DC Rowhouse Office

The project consisted of the interior construction and tenant fit-out of a new Edward Jones Rowhouse office. Work included demolition of existing interior elements as required; construction of new offices, meeting spaces, reception area, and support spaces; installation of architectural finishes, millwork, flooring, ceilings, and painting in accordance with Edward Jones brand standards. The scope also includes modifications and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and data/telecommunications systems necessary to support the new office layout and operations.
