About
Craft Beer & Wine was a tenant fit-out retail space within an existing building. The scope of work included new concrete slab infill, non-bearing interior partitions, new bathrooms, ceiling grid, food service equipment, and finishes. In addition, there was also mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
