Spike Mendelsohn stops by the RAMW Annual Meeting. Infinity exhibits for the first time.

Infinity was happy to exhibit at the 2025 Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) Annual Meeting.  The event was held at the National Landing Experience Center in Arlington, VA.  It was great catching up with the RAMW staff and colleagues.  Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table to visit with us.  It was a pleasure speaking with everyone and we look forward to new endeavors and opportunities to work together.

Special guest Spike Mendelsohn, Washington, D.C.–based chef and restaurateur best known as the fifth-place finisher of the fourth season of Top Chef, also took time to stop by and share his thoughts on the DC restaurant scene.  Mr. Mendelsohn is chef and owner of multiple restaurants including Good Stuff Eatery, Taqueria, & We, The Pizza.
